Sars has *********** staff

Good day I am utterly disgusted by the level of service and incompetence received from the sars person that assisted me today with my sars returns , Case number *** , i submit my information truthfully and honestly and then my tax returns is re assessed to actually be in the favour of sars. The person that helped me could not even give me a clear reason as to what is going on.

Is it the Sars Revenue services really so bad, that they agent that helped me did not even have the brain to transfer me to there supervisor to assist instead they just cut the call and don't provide any feedback.

Sars , please stop employing people who lack basic knowledge to assist people. I am still not even sure as to what is happening on my returns , not even sure if my deputes is correct and in true South African style , this complainant will be ignored probably.
