Sars give me my money

April 2023 I get a message to go on S ars mobile app, on cellphone. After that I went to Sars whereby I found out that someone opened a Tymebank account in my name as NGO and Sars paid that person 9000r. Sars deducted the money from my account, whereby I didn't receive the money or not NGO. Sars deducted the whole 9000r from my account but also paid in Eft 4000r back. I laid a ******** case and also opened case at Sars, this month Sars send me a message that I still owe them 7000r.can someone pls help me, because at their offices they are telling me the same story.
