SARS GEORGE BRANCH - Worst service ever

I have been recieving email from SARS to submit my Tax returns for 2016 and I tried to do it on Sars efiling, called the contact centre, they could not help, then I was told to visit the Branch. I booked a day off at work to go sort my returns at the Branch. Upon my arrival, I was told to wait in the waiting area. After an hour of waiting a lady told me that they only work with appointments, they cannot assist me. After travelling 250kms to sumbit my returns. The was a Tax payer that came in around 11 for her 2pm appointment, I asked if I can be squeezed at her 2pm slot since she is already assisted. The lady was interested, claiming she has been struggling with me since morning, either I book an appointment or leave. The George Branch does not assist walk-ins. The worst service i've ever recieved. The lady was rude wanted to prove a point maybe.
