SARS Full of ***

I am so sick of SARS, I submitted all my documents and I was told to wait 21 working days as i was selected for Audit. I then waited, now every time I call the call centre to do a follow up, nobody knows anything. I am being told that they have escalated to to a consultant and a manager and that I will be contacted withnin 48, its been 2 weeks now, no1 has called me back and every time I call I am told to wait and that they have escalated. This is very frustrating, what is the delay?? I want my money. SARS is forever abusing the less fortunate, why are you delaying with my money???? I am struggling to make ends meet as it is with my 3 children. It would be better if someone would let me know what the delay is, but everyone in that damn call centre is clueless, I have 8 case numbers and no one is attending to my query Case 1 - ***, case 2 - ***, case 3 - ***, Case 4 - ***, Case 5 - ***, Case 6 - ***, Case 7 - *** and Case 8 - ***.
