SARS FOR WHAT? STILL NO RESOLUTION EXTREMELY USELESS

Sars what a joke, I pay my tax for what? I have a dispute over what they say I owe them. I have called over 20 times since Feburary, been in to see them in person 3 times last time i was there 12 March 2019. I have them all the documents they needed they said it will be resolved within 60 working days I called again last month it will be escalated and said no it will be reislved. I have now done my new tax and they have deducted what I apparently owe them as they havent resolved my issue this is now July how is this fair. You make hard working south Africans feel useless even when we do everything right. Get this issue resolved asap.
