SARS

SARS keep on sending letters for documents to be attached on efiling however they dont specify what is required?? I made 2 appointments for a telephonic discussions but nobody called me?? I tried to make an appointment at a branch but the system says all branches are full?? how do we get hold of somebody to assist ?? they dont even call you back. Very bad services. If they owe you money they cant help you but if you owe them money they just take it from your account????
