SARS

I have sent numerous mails to different department addresses to SARS requesting a paid up letter/ letter of withdrawel from them so I can have my name removed off from ITC/blacklisting. Some mails just get returned! To date I have not received any feedback from them. This has been going on now for almost 3 weeks! Cannot get hold of anyone, and when I do phone sars the info I get from them is incorrect!
