SARS fast to threaten people but last to have there house in order

How do SARS send letters out with your info out. They have all your info. They paid me even last year and ex amount. Previous years I paid them never had a problem. This year the mobi app don't work. You can't phone them because they have no verification system on there side. Not my banking details, not an adress, not my cell phone why if I am on e-filing can I see it. How did they then be able to work on e-filing to me but there employees can't help because according to the lady she see none of my info
