SARS failing to pay refund

I made use of the SARS app to file my tax return on 1 July 2022. Accordingbto calculations and the app I must receive a refund and it is to be paid within 72 hours. Today is 12 days and still no feedback or payment. Also on the app I am not able to see tue refund status. I die my wifes tax with mine and she received her money accordingly. I tried phoning the SARS enquiries and every time the quee is 60min plus. I obted for the call back option and even that was a no show.
