SARS

I have almost reached tipping point with SARS. My son has moved to NZ and is due a refund. I have power of attorney so submitted the docs. Nothing happened. so I went tp the PMB office. They said he needed a photo of himself holding his ID and the SARS letter. I took this in. Then they said they needed proof of residence and a NZ bank letter to be NZ certified. I took that in and was then told I needed a Certified copy of his entry stamp into NZ. I now have so many documents and as SARS wont allow us in I was told to submit online. Online submission wont accept as I don't have a case number. HAVE YOU TRIED CALLING SARS LATELY???? YOU ARE NUMBER 1059 in the que and so on and so on. I finally got hold of a consultant to make a booking and he said he could not give me an appointment as I HAD to go in to the PMB office. Again I went to the office to find it all closed and security turning me away. How on earth do I submit these documents? Next thing they will say is documents have expired or I took too long. PLEASE SOMEONE OUT THERE HELP
