SARS

I'm really disappointed with SARS. I do not normally have ant issues but this year they decided to audit me. Again, no problem, my chartered accountant supp**** all detail. This was in September. 21 days has passed long ago. I have now phoned in 4 times, I get told they I will receive updated by sms and that someone will phone me within 72 hours. To date I am still waiting for the first phone call. Last week when I phoned it was escalated to a manager who was meant to call me, nothing. I phoned again yesterday, told them it was urgent. Still nothing. The only surviving government department that was working properly seems to have sunk like all the others. Incompetence reigns supreme.
