I received an SMS stating I have IT Admin penalties outstanding, I called SARS to find out what's going on with that, since I cannot see any of this when I log onto e-Filing,

The person I spoke with was abrupt, asked a few security questions that they stated I failed apparently. I tried to explain to the person in a calm manner that I am logged in right now, where must I go to fix this information that is apparently incorrect.

Whilst I was talking she just said, "have a good day" and dropped the call.

I never raised my voice, never insulting, polite the whole time.
