SARS - *** !!!!!!! Eskom #2

Submitted my personal tax on the 25th of June 2022 E-filling statement showed SARS needed to pay me money back Changed my banking details and submitted all supporting documents on 5th of July 2022 Statement of account issues 11th July Was told by SARS they have 10 business days to complete document verification after which my payment will be released.

E-flling system is vague and not informative enough to automatically track your progress specific to this business process. Phoning SARS is a nightmare.........did it 4 times and had to sit in queue for between 45-60 min just to speak to a human. E-filling BOT is a joke, as she can't handle even the most basic questions Was told now that SARS tried to phone me 3 times on the 19th......absolute lie, to verify my banking details....BEST PART, my case is closed. STILL NO PAYOUT.

Trying to book a new appointment today 22nd July, can only get a slot mid August !!!!!!!!!!!

What on earth is going on here.....Another SOE going down the toilet ????????
