SARS...enough said.

<p>I don't usually go to social media to complain because I work in customer services and I know just what trouble hello peter can cause for me, but by the 600+ reviews I have seen on SARS it's clear that they don't care about hello peter. </p> <p> </p> <p>I simply want to vent my frustrations in writing as I have verbally complained and no one is listening. </p> <p> </p> <p>All of you that have complained or want cases sorted out, forgot it. SARS is our tax regulator, they don't care. They answer to the government...so take a wild guess as to how many F@cks they give about our complaints. </p> <p> </p> <p>Mine for instance is the fact that I am waiting so long for a pay out of money that they were never suppose to receive for penalties that were waived. I had to call in to find out that the penalties were waived, they did noy notify me...at all. Then I was told that I must present proof that the monies were paid on my behalf by the company...the very same company that they emailed an IT88(L) to say that they must pay the money to SARS. After this I was told up to 21 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) until the case is resolved and only then after MAY I receive the funds. So it a nice way to tell you F off...we will pay you when we are ready to. Zuma needs a new car so we need to jold onto this cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I'm going to be honest, this was my severence package that SARS just took from me and my family. I worked for Groupon SA and as everyone now knows, they closed. So that was all I had to last until I eventually find employment again. By the way, still not happened. </p> <p> </p> <p>So yes, you have the right to be heard and blah blah. SARS just doesnt care. My daughter has been ill for weeks now because my wife can't afford to pay for everything by herself. I needed that money to take her to a proper doctor. SARS just does not care. </p> <p> </p> <p>My family is going to be on the street soon because of this, SARS does not care. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I admit my fault in the matter and accept my punishments and have now learnt the error in my ways. I can honestly say now, that it's not happening again.</p> <p> </p> <p>People, stop complaining about SARS or any government branch of our country. Nothing will come of it, because they just don't care.</p>
