I am aware that Sars does not respond. This is a review to see if there is something that can be done, Can a forum against these people not be started. They deliberately delay and try to avoid paying refunds, Surely we are the tax payers, surely we can put a stop to this. why should the employer pay on behalf of the employee. let us be responsible for paying it our selves an thus their will be no need for refunds.
