SARS - EMPTY PROMISES, NON PAYMENT, AM I ALONE IN THIS??

Lots of promises and appointment made - and to no surprise SARS did not call - i am still sitting without an appointment, no payment, cant get through to SARS online ? What mickey mouse type of business is this? Is there anyone put the who can help??? Got the below confirmation from SARS - BUT No CALL CAME - I SUBMITTED MY TAX REFUND IN MID OCTOBER- ITS DECEMBER AND I AM STILL WAITING: CONFIRMATION OF APPROVED APPOINTMENT TO OBTAIN SARS SERVICES [***]
