Sars employee service

So I had a very bad experience.....there is this tab that says "help you efile" I clicked the tab and waited for the call from the consultant and the call finally arrived an hour later. To my horror the agent that phoned me firstly asked me in a very rude manner what assistance do i want obviously its for efiling as that is what I selected. Then she said to me that she was not going to log onto the system because it is 16:15 and she needs to leave at 16:15. She said she will just direct me where to go and then I must answer the questions. Now i have never done Efiling before hence I requested assistance because I didnt want to make mistakes. This lady Sindisiwe was her name just continued to tell me how she needs to leave but she called me. I eventually let her leave and played around with the system until I figured it out for myself. Very unprofessional
