Sars Employee - Lucia Sadiki horrible customer service

Good morning.

I would like to report a lady called Lucia Sadiki who is an assistant at Sars, She was very rude to my mother and I this morning when we needed assistance. We waited for her to ask a question and she was on the phone, while we patiently waited for her to finish her call over her mobile cell (not work phone) she rudely said 'Im Busy' and when she was done with her call, She walked away while my mom kept saying Excuse me, she ignored my mother very rudely while people looked at her.

Lucia doesn't understand or know Customer service and therefore wanted you to know about her bad conduct. People never report such things just to protect employees with bad customer service. Very disappointed at her service at the Lilian goyi branch.
