SARS - EFILING TERRIBLE SERVICE

SARS have now changed thheir information to OTP prior to login.

I am not sure how they expect members of the public who need to follow up or submit returns if you are, in the 1st place not permitted to amend your user name.

As a pensioner they owe me a refund on which they have been stalling way past the 21 days. If one owes them money and you don't pay they automatically introduce interest.

My returns are now wanting an OTP and one can submit nor claim due to the OTP, my previous employer placed me on pension at the end of April with no time to amend my user email or password now that they have instituted the OTP one cannot even access efiling due to this reason,

If they do not refund me., how can I utilize a mobile to be 145th in the queue every single day no matter the time of day., alternatively you sit in the queue at the SARS office for half a day still without assistance. You cannot call or email so how is one supposed to resolve? buy they penalise you for not submitting of paying. So, they stepped up their game, when was this as I see no evidence with the exception of the OTP.

Would they be so kind as to provide a resolution.
