SARS efiling remains broke indefinitely after new website was rolled out.

I have been unable to access my Company' profile on SARS efiling since the new website has been rolled out. I have been constantly calling and talking to SARS since November 2019, there is nobody who can tell me when this will be fixed at all, they are even unable to say whether it will be fixed at all, it may remain broken indefinitely. I sent them screenshots of the issue twice. I am at a loss. Why is efiling there if you cannot use it? I have to continue paying a bookkeeper exorbitant price to access my efiling profile while I can easily do this myself, if SARS can manage to fix this.
