SARS - eFiling Registration

We are trying to do an efiling registration, believe it or not, in this day and age, one can ONLY FAX the registration document and ID! To ONE number! My fax machine has been on redial for 2 days as the SARS fax machine is just permanently offline - we have phoned twice, obviously to the call centre where no-one is sure where the fax machine is. <br> Naturally SARS is a company that doesnt respond!<br> Aaaaarghhhh!!
