SARS efiling nightmare

i write this frustrated by SARS SARS is just a nightmare i do my E-filling on the first day of every tax period and yet every submission i do is sent for review or audit, i have a son who has a disability and i claim for his disability and every year i must submit his disability papers from his Doctor and my sons condition is permanent and dont know is sars wants me to stop claiming for him or not. now they recalled my payment without sny explanation or notification.
