SARS EFILING IS USELESS AND NO ONE CAN HELP!

Been struggling with a "multiple profiles registered to my id error that takes me around in circles since last year." SARS expects me to submit my client's tax returns but can't fix their efiling system. The best they can ever do is we'll get back to you and their current line of dialog "the technicians will be releasing a fix on the 24th"

Great for you, and if that doesn't work? Who is going to compensate me for the loss of clients? Who is the first ****** idiots who are going to annoy my clients because nothing has been submitted?
