SARS efiling ***********

Despite having registered with SARS efiling on 19th June, I was unable to access my account online as my user name was not found. Rather than spoiling my imminent vacation in the mountains, I decided to deal with this on my return 2 weeks later. Generating a OTP (many times before I received one!) resulted in my resetting my password. Imagine my surprise when I found that my username was STILL not found despite just having reset the password for the same account. Does this mean the late-penalty will be waved should I miss the submission deadline as I am back at work and unable to complete this year's form?
