SARS efiling clown show

I wish I could give a zero. Took me 3 months to be put on to efiling. Then, all the correspondence vanished and I was placed as not registered.

Tried calling. Gave temp password. Does not work. Eventually log in - no correspondence.

It has been escalated with another 21 business day turnaround time. I thought this was the one government department that was supposed to work properly.
