Sars e"Failing"yes FAil

Welcome to South Africa where the people who are supposed to be the most intelligent highest paid people are ***********. Sars e-filing is supposed to be so easy to do your own taxes so you don't need to go into a branch to sort out your business regarding your personal income tax. If you phone the call center there isn't an agent that can answer relevant questions and apparently there isn't anyone who can be held responsible or accountable for our government tax institutions, I'm not surprised yet it doesn't reduce my frustration or my stress for a simple tax refund. I think it was designed this way so that you just give up and when you do not comply then you pay a fine....
