SARS EDENVALE POOR SERVICE! And slacking employees!

I visited the Sars Edenvale and got the worst treatment on the SARS portal it clearly states that the Service Center closes at the 16:00 hour but funny enough the employees turn people back saying they cant assist certain cases and only assist the e filling cases i mean what kind of Service is this? If their website says they close at 16:00 shouldn't they assist all cases till knock off time? The people inside didn't even fill a third of the chairs but yet they are busy turning people back disregarding that some people might have used their last monies or borrowed money to go there also that some are unable to be there where they open due to many factors eg they might have to start at work first or other pressing matters that required them to only o at that time.
