SARS EASYFILE problems

SARS easyfile program does not work, every year there are issues. This year all the databases get *******, or do not allow us to log in with normal user name and pw and once in - the databases show up but are not accessible = then an error message pops up. SARS representative was really trying to help - took my number, it is the IT dep that needs to help, but still no reply and time is running out. SARS really must get this sorted as this is stressful. If there is a solution - PLEASE ADD such notes to SARS EASYFILE website or page....I AM STILL WAITING FOR HELP!!!
