SARS

I send document three times and the last documents was sent on 2026-08-11 and every time they told me that they received everything. It was documents for banking details. I also phoned them to asked if everything was in order and they said it was. I must just wait 21 working days for everything that must be verified. Tuesday the 21 days is over and now today they asked again for the documents. If I send it again then it will be 21 day again.!! What must I do! If I make and appointment to see them then the first date will be on the 23 Sept
