SARS E filling and app

I have been trying to submit my returns for 2017,w018,and 2019 the e file page is forever processing....on the app it doesn't give it only gives options for 2020,2021 and 2022....when I called during the day after spending 48min on a call the agent said it should be fine when I am home,it still is not
