SARS e-filing total disaster - disfunct

SARS unilaterally revoked my e-filing access. After many attempts I went to see them and offered all original certified documents, which they scanned and registered in their system.

I am unable to submit returns because their e-filing system is not letting me. Before lockdown and during lockdown they kept on sending me threating emails saying that an administrative penalty has been charged.

The helpline is unable to resolve this and their offices are closed during lockdown, but they are charging a penalty ????

When I visited their office to present my centified documents, I asked for assistance to complete the filing and they refused because the returns are many and they did not have time.

I am trying to file a complaint on the SARS website, but their forms are not loading.

If I call for assistance, they say I must visit a SARS office. I have been to a SARS office in 1999 and they told me all is fine, yet I am unable to comply due to their inability to offer the services they advocate through e-filing.

What as disaster.
