SARS e-filing not user friendly

The app is a nightmare to use. It gives the option to change bank details and send an OTP, all fone correctly. Then even get an email that details has changed.

But log back in..... Then the old banking details is back.

The SARS e filing website is much worse. Does not even give the option and you can't see half of the web page using a mobile device.

I can't go to a SARS office because where I stay there isn't one.

Also when trying to submit my Medical aid tax certificate ot ask a case number of some kind so I can't even do that.

What a mess. I struggled with the same stuff last year during the Covid outbreak and because of that couldn't submit.
