SARS e-filing nightmare!!!

My husband's efiling tax nightmare - HW Maree - Income Tax Nr: ***. Been struggling since 11 August this year and provided numerous feedback and sent numerous emails as well - NO response and when you call the call centre you're number 375 in the line - this is ridiculous! Last email to SARS on the 29th of Oktober and ALL documents were added to this email AGAIN! Clearly there is a BIG misunderstanding / confusion on your part. Please see the following case numbers that have been logged SINCE 11 August 2021 and note for 2020 tax year and NOT 2016! The case numbers are: ***, ***, ***. ALL of these case numbers are about ONE VERY BIG ERROR on the part of SARS that we're now struggling to get sorted out. The ERROR: The first ITA34 for the year 2021 contains Mr. Maree's medical aid contribution. The 2nd ITA34 does NOT contain Mr Maree's medical aid contributions - hence the HUGE mistake with regards to the outcome of the ITA34. Attached please find: 1st ITA34 for 2020 as well as 2nd ITA34 for 2020 (I have marked in yellow the sections that differ) I ALSO attach (AGAIN) the: ITR-DD-Confirmation-of-Diagnosis-of-Disability-External-Form as well as the Polmed-*** Tax Certificate _030721_QOXGIX*** for you. What else do you need to submit to SARS in order to correct the mistake on your part? I just want to emphasize once again that ALL the queries are about the 2020 tax return and NOT 2016 (Don't even know how to came to a conclusion that this has something to do with 2016 tax year!) PLEASE READ THE EMAILS AND LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENTS BEFORE COMING TO A CONCLUSION THAT IS NOT CORRECT!
