SARS e filing catastrophe

I part completed and saved my ITR12 return on 13th August. I tried to go back in again later in the day. The following day I tried again to no avail. My saved return will not open. The live chat is not available. The e filing help icon says it is not available. The call centre *** gets you put in a queue of 800 or 900 people, depending on which keypad number you choose. It is absolutely pathetic. The system used to work brilliantly but has been getting worse by the year, thanks to the ANC. Now you cannot even save your part completed form if any sections are not complete. If you try to do it, it deletes what you have put in. We all want to be tax compliant, but e filing does not help at all by being anti user.
