SARS E Filing and Flash Player problems

Are SARS aware that Adobe Flash Player is on the way out and that most web browsers will no longer support Flash Player in a few months' time? To allow SARS E Filing to run under Flash Player on Chrome, Edge or Firefox is not a simple process. SARS are unsympathetic; "call your IT expert". An extension on Provisional Tax because of their antiquated IT set up? "We don't grant extensions". I wasted a couple of hours this afternoon on all this. Pathetic.
