SARS Durban Consultant made my day.

Had to go to SARS Durban to hand in for upload a Tax Exemption Annual return. Other than the queues outside that had very little structure or queue walkers giving friendly advise. Once inside was a lot more structured and pleasant. Was assisted by a consultant Brian Bowes who was very pleasant and efficient. An unexpected level of friendly and efficient service from this man. Thank you Mr Bowes for the service.
