SARS don't keep to their own time frames.

The most pathetic service ever. Telephone enquiries give you the same feedback month after month "your submission have been assessed and you will have feedback within two weeks" that two weeks are exceeding three months already. If you speak to a consultant they tell you your assessment is escalated to management still nothing happens. Five months since submission and no feedback yet and every month exactly the same story. Audits must be completed within 90 days excalations witin 21 days SARS are way past their deadlines they introduced and even the consultatnts cant answer why are they not keeping within their deadlines. Why must we submit within a certain period if SARS cannot produce within their own deadines?
