SARS Don't care

So just like the past 5 years I was again selected for audit with my tax return. Submitted my documents and awaited outcome within the promised 21 working days. Today 27 working days later, my file has not been touched by a SARS Employee. Phone call after phone call, they promise that the case was escelated and that I will recieve a call from a manager within 48 hours. Needless to say this did not happen. Emails get ignored. SARS is untouchable. Might I add that I experienced this trend now for the last three years. I know I will not get a reply, but maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
