SARS Don's stick to their own lead times

I submitted my Tax Returns for 2014 and 2015 on 23 December Last year. I was then informed that my 2014 returns were selected for audit. I submitted the required documents. I was then told this would take 30 days. After 30 days my audit was still not complete. I was then told it was 30 working days.. After 30 working days it was still not complete... Finally in February 5 I escalated the issue and was told THERE IS NO TURN AROUND TIME FOR AN ESCALATION !!!... I then submitted a complaint on the E filing site. No response. I submitted a second and I was informed that MY COMPLAINT HAD BEEN REJECTED !!!! .... Its now the 15 Feb and my Audit STILL NOT FINALIZED and there is no one at SARS who can tell me when it will be finalized.. The turn around times have come and gone and the escalation has simply been ignored.... I don't understand how there can be no communication whatsoever to rectify the situation where SARS has overrun their own processes and time lines... I am told there is no direct contact from SARS call centre to the Auditors to find out the status of my Returns and Audit.!!!!
