SARS DOING NOTHING ON A CASE :***

this is not on that SARS takes so long to pay out money owing to you when you have paid tax right through the year. when they want there money they want it now. i have a tax practitioner that does my tax and she did was was required and asked of SARS. they asked for supporting documents on the 4th of August witch she sent on the same day. there is confirmation of the supporting documents that was received but 25 days after this nothing has been done to my case. please can i get assistance here. my first case number was ********** 53 spoke to Vuyakasi
