SARS doing good so far

Overall I think SARS have been doing a good job. Their customer service agents are very friendly, always helpful till the end. Submitted a tax return and two days later I received notice that it was finalised. The only thing I think SARS can give attention to is when it comes to finalise the verification process of updating your banking details,once you submitted all the required documentation. Other than that I have never had problems with SARS, never owe them money and I'm striving to keep it that way.
