SARS doesn't want to pay me back my MONEY

Such pooooorrr service from SARS. They have been owing me money since last year, its now a new year and still no payment. There is no reason as to why I'm being made to wait and the call center agents are not helpful at all. This is is pathetic cause I pay my taxes monthly without fail, but when SARS has to pay us back we have to wait years.
