SARS doesn't respond.

<p> Thanks to a site like Hello Peter to expose poor customer service by SARS however I don't think SARS cares about all the reviews from clients on this site as the statistics shows that SARS gives a 0% response rate which clearly means that they don't give a damn and have no interest in improving customer service through CRM.</p> <p>Highly Dissapointed SARS!</p>
