SARS does not want to allow my disability claim

I am a disabled person (permanently) but SARS will not take it into account on the self assessment. Now i have to pay in R9207 for the 2022 tax year instead of R1010-94 (because i am disabled). On top of that i got a penalty for R500. Do not know why and their consultants cannot assist properly on the landline.
