SARS does not help the elderly!!!!!!!

My poor father has been struggling to get his tax number reactivated. They keep saying submit documents and he has done this a 100 times. His town does not have a SARS office and he cannot drive anywhere. Shame the poor old people. SARS does not care in helping anybody but themselves! Makes me sick to the bone!
