Sars does not finalize my tax audit

My tax was submitted and was flagged for auditing. I have submitted all my documents on the 23rd of August. Sars has a 21 day period to complete the audit. I have phoned on the 21st of September to escalate and they gave me a case number ********** 74. The lasy told me that someone will contact me within 24 hours. I have phoned sars again on the 25th of september. Again said it was escalated. Phoned on the 26th again where they told me that the time that I called was never a request to escalate but just an follow up. Tried to speak to a supervisor but no one available. I would like someone to get back to me on this asap as to when my money will be paid out. My tax reference is ********** 156
