SARS DOES NOT CARE

I visited the branch in Bellville on 28 August 2024 via an appointment I made 2 months back. I was assisted by a consultant who advised me that my return for 2020 and 2022 was still on Audit since May 2024. The consultant advised me that my issue had been escalated and it would take 5 working days to be resolved till today nothing has been resolved. This process is frustrating as we have to stand in long queues for the entire day still to be told the issue has been escalated. I was incorrectly re-assessed and this is causing anxiety on my side and I have to pay SARS love 11K for what? I submitted all my supporting documents but still today no response. What else can a person do we can't reach them over the fone, long queues and appointments are so far. SARS sucks big time no sense of urgency for the South African citizens who are paying taxes.
