SARS DO NOT REFUND PEOPLE MONEY AND PLAYING FOR TIME NOT INTREST

Since last year my money was not paid out, and every week they change there story, then it will be paid out once the 2017 is finished, then I phone then my bank details needs to be verified again, then I phone I need to wait again 21 working days and every time they look at my stuff and all over start the process. In the mean time the government is spending money and the people who is earn money on the hard way for working for it, is never refund or receiving any interest.
