SARS do not pay according to their ITA34 assessment, WHY?

After almost 9 months I finally received my ITA34 indicating that an amount of R14232,09 was due by SARS to me which will be paid in the next 5 days. When payment was made, I only received R13237,16, almost a R1000,00 short? why? Was somebody *****ing again??
