SARS-Dissatisfaction

I filed in September once everything was finalized I then then had to change my banking details. On the 7th October spoke to an agent who then verified my documents and informed me of a 21 working day waiting period. 21 days was on Monday the 7th November. I then decided to call and was then informed my case was waiting approval which should be done on Monday then I would need to wait an additional 3 days for funds to be released. Today is day 3. So again, I decide to call back. My case still hasn’t been approved. Now I’m being told that I need to wait 5 days to get a call from an agent that will advise me when the funds will be released. This has been one of the most excruciating experiences. I’m beyond annoyed
